Try to include as much information as possible ( size, location, wood choice, finish, changes, ect. ).  The more information we have, the closer the quote will be to the actual cost. 

Also include how you wish to be contacted. There are times that we need to gather further information for an fairly accurate estimate. If no questions arise, we will send you the approximate cost this way.  

After receiving our estimate, you wish to continue the process, please contact us again. A time will be set to meet so we may obtain all further information, measurments and details needed for an exact cost. We can then provide you with a detailed proposal with exact cost, materials  and work to be completed.
